The city of Moncton saw a notable increase in building permit activity during the second quarter of 2024. A total of 437 permits were granted, amounting to a total value of $92.2 million. So far this year, the total value of building permits has reached $148.6 million, showing a 50% rise from the previous year's $99 million during the same period.
